Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

Rates are quoted per room (per bed in the dormitory), per night, and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations

To cancel or change a reservation, please contact us by WhatsApp or e-mail. The cancellation conditions of your booking are confirmed to you when you book.

4. Tours & Transfers

Tours and transfers are subject to availability and weather conditions.

5. The Dormitory

The dormitory is for women only. A dormitory booking is for one bed.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat staff, other guests, and the property with respect. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

7. Liability

Ali Baba’s House is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation will apply to your stay.
